We teamed up with SHL’s distributor for Greece and Cyprus, to customize the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32™). The OPQ is the most widely used personality questionnaire globally, a science-proof tool that we proudly bring to the maritime industry.  

Our reports provide an accurate assessment of the behavioural competencies that play a key role in ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient working style is fostered across operations onboard.  

The competency framework in our reports is aligned with OCIMF’s BCAV system (Behavioural Competency Assessment and Verification for Vessel Operators), thus helping formulate a richer picture of each individual seafarer’s work qualities.
